For buyers & procurement teams

Working with us

We are a UK SME delivering technology and operational services to public and private sector organisations. This page sets out how to engage us and what you can expect when you do.

How to engage

Routes to buying from us

Tenders and mini-competitions

Send opportunity notices, invitations to tender and clarification questions to our bids inbox. We confirm receipt, confirm whether we intend to bid, and keep to your timetable.

Requests for quotation

For lower-value and direct-award work, send a short statement of requirements. We respond with a fixed or capped quotation, assumptions stated, and a named delivery lead.

Market engagement

We are glad to take part in early market engagement and supplier days, and to answer requests for information before a procurement is designed.

Subcontracting and partnering

We work as a subcontractor or consortium member with larger suppliers, bringing specialist delivery and SME social value to their bids.

Commitments

What we commit to in every contract

Data protection

UK GDPR roles, hosting location, sub-processors and a data protection impact assessment agreed before contract and written into it. Data hosted in the UK unless agreed otherwise.

Accessibility

Public-facing services built to WCAG 2.2 AA, with independent audit planned in, and the accessibility statement required by the 2018 regulations provided.

Security

Secure development practices, dependency and vulnerability scanning, least-privilege access, audit logging and an agreed incident notification process.

Social value

An SME, UK-based delivery team and a willingness to commit to measurable social value outcomes and report against them through the life of the contract.

Openness and exit

You own the code and data we create for you. Every engagement includes documentation and an exit plan, so you are never locked in.

Plain dealing

We bid for work we can deliver with our own people. If a requirement is outside what we can commit to, we say so in the response rather than after award.
